The Database of Nile Secondary Stakeholders is designed to assist in facilitating secondary stakeholder engagement at all stages of project development. This it does by providing clear and easily accessible information on who the Stakeholders are and what kinds of stakes they "hold" in different project activities. This information can be used by project managers and other NBI staff to quickly search for and identify who should be consulted, when, where and how within the JMP. The database can be searched using multiple criteria and provides printable reports on key Stakeholders. For further information on use, please visit the site visit guidelines.

www.jmpstakeholders.org is a live site which is constantly being updated and refined. As it is in its early development stages we are keen that users take advantage of the site's comments and feedback mechanisms to help refine it further. We are particularly keen to receive your comments on the scoring mechanisms and ways in which these can be refined and developed further.
